What Can It Do?
- No network, no uploads: your videos never leave your phone — no privacy concerns
- System-wide camera replacement: the stock camera, chat apps, browsers... every app that uses the camera is covered
- Pick a video, and that's exactly what the camera sees — smooth, lag-free playback
- Comes with a minimal manager app: choose video, toggle on/off, switch modes — all in one place
How to Install?
- Your device must be jailbroken with roothide, running iOS 15.0 or later
- Tap "Add to Sileo" above, or add the repo URL manually
- Install the VCam manager app — the tweak is installed automatically along with it
- Open any camera app to see your video playing on loop
Two Working Modes
- Normal Mode (Recommended): stealthier, leaves no traces
- Degraded Mode: use when Normal Mode doesn't work — compatibility first
FAQ
Can it be detected?
Don't worry. Normal Mode writes no logs and leaves no traces — stealthy and hard to detect.
What about the audio?
Only the video is replaced, not the audio. On video calls, the other side still hears the real ambient sound.
Does it work on both front and rear cameras?
Yes. Switch between front and rear cameras, and your video keeps playing.
What kind of video works best?
Portrait video for portrait cameras, landscape for landscape — no cropping or distortion.
Installed but no effect?
Check the toggle in the manager app, then re-select your video; if it still doesn't work, reboot your device.
How do I uninstall it?
Remove both the VCam tweak and the manager app packages in Sileo.
Which devices are supported?
iOS 15.0 or later, with a roothide jailbreak.
