Thank you for using VoiceNotes App. This agreement is between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and VoiceNotes App (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "this App") regarding the use of this App's related services. To protect your legitimate rights and interests, please carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this agreement before using it.
Information We Collect and Use
Purpose: Used for recording, which is necessary for the basic functions of the application.
Processing Method: All recordings are only saved locally and will not be uploaded to the background or third parties without explicit user operation.
Purpose: To transcribe recording content into text.
Processing Method: Relevant recording data will be sent to Apple's speech recognition service for processing. The processing follows Apple's privacy policy.
Purpose: Used to copy and paste recovery keys or other necessary information to improve user experience.
Processing Method: Local instant operation, no storage of any user sensitive data.
Purpose: To add time and geographic location information to recording content for easy user archiving and retrieval.
Processing Method: Location information is only saved locally on the device and will not be uploaded or shared.
Purpose: Used for personalized ad display, ad conversion statistics and experience optimization.
Processing Method: Access to third-party advertising platforms, see "Third-Party Service Description" below.
Information We Do Not Collect
We will not actively collect, upload or save users' recording content, recognized text, contacts, photo albums, files, device address books and other unspecified data. All user information is only used for local processing or processed by Apple's service interfaces, and our backend servers will not store any user information.
Third-Party Service Description
To ensure the normal operation and optimized experience of this App, we use the following third-party SDKs. Please carefully read the corresponding privacy policies:
Purpose: Display advertising content, optimize advertising recommendations.
Information We Collect and Use: Advertising identifier, device model, application usage, etc.

Information We Collect and Use: Device information (such as IMEI, Mac address, Android ID, IDFA, OPENUDID, GUID, IMSI), geographic location information.

User Rights
- Access Right: You can view and manage your recording data on the device at any time;
- Deletion Right: You can delete locally saved recording content at any time;
- Permission Control: You can turn off various permissions in device settings;
- Ad Identifier Reset: You can reset IDFA in device settings to refuse personalized advertising.
Data Security Commitment
We attach great importance to your information security. This App does not establish any user account system, and does not upload, share or store recording data. All user data is stored locally on the user's device. We take technical measures to ensure that the data interaction of the SDK complies with iOS platform specifications and avoid unauthorized access.
